Upload harmful or copyrighted files without permission

When subscribing, you may choose one or more of the following categories:
Educational content (filmmaking, editing, VFX)
Portfolio updates
Client offers & announcements
Service updates
Events or workshops (future)
You can modify or unsubscribe from specific categories at any time.
No promotional email is sent without explicit opt-in.
4. Client Projects & Agreements
A project begins only when:
Project scope is confirmed,
Deliverables and pricing are approved,
Written confirmation is exchanged,
A deposit or advance (if applicable) is paid.
Form submission alone does not create a binding agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise:
Final delivered work becomes yours after full payment.
We may display project excerpts in my portfolio unless you request removal.
Raw files remain the responsibility of the client unless storage is specifically agreed upon.
6. Payments
Payments are handled project-wise, and timelines apply as agreed.
Work may pause if payment terms are not met.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Platform downtime
Google service interruptions
Device/browser issues
Delays caused by third-party services
8. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of India, with considerations for international clients where applicable.
